Stephen’s journey with Inter-Chillers began in 2004 when he joined as a service technician, initially focusing on general air service.  With dedication and expertise, he swiftly progressed to become a specialized chiller technician, showcasing his proficiency in handling complex HVAC systems.  By 2014, Stephen’s exceptional performance and leadership qualities led to his promotion to a Service Supervisory role, where he adeptly oversaw a team of service technicians, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery to clients.

Throughout his tenure, Stephen has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and skills gleaned from years of hands-on experience in the HVAC industry.  His keen understanding of the intricacies of HVAC systems, coupled with his practical expertise, has enabled him to effectively troubleshoot issues and implement solutions with precision.

Recognizing his invaluable contributions and leadership potential, Stephen was appointed to the esteemed position of Service Manager in 2023.  In this capacity, he leads a dynamic service team comprising Service Supervisors, Technicians, and Apprentices. Stephen’s role involves not only coordinating and optimizing service operations but also mentoring and developing team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.

As Service Manager, Stephen plays a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to Inter-Chillers’ clients.  His strategic vision and hands-on approach contribute to the continued success and growth of the service department, further solidifying Inter-Chillers’ reputation as a trusted leader in the HVAC industry.
