Apprenticeships
At Inter-Chillers, we are committed to nurturing talent and providing opportunities for individuals interested in pursuing an apprenticeship in the HVAC industry. Our apprenticeship program is structured over four years, offering a comprehensive learning experience that includes three years of formal training at TAFE.
We understand the importance of investing in the next generation of skilled professionals, and our apprenticeship positions become available at various times to accommodate the needs of our growing team. As part of our program, apprentices have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience alongside experienced technicians, learning the intricacies of chiller operations, HVAC systems, and maintenance practices.
